Change locking schedule for doors
With Telcred, you can set a locking schedule for each individual door that specifies when the door should be day locked, night locked or unlocked. If the administrator changes the schedule for a door, the new schedule is automatically synced to the door. If the definition of the schedule is changed, all affected doors are automatically updated.
Change time settings for doors
For each door, there are a few different settings that specify, for example, how many seconds the door will be unlocked at access before it returns to the locked position if no one opens it. Another setting is how many seconds the door can be open before there is a “Door left open” alert. If the administrator changes any of these settings, the door will automatically be updated within a few seconds.
Easy to change hardware configuration for doors
Sometimes you need to change the hardware configuration for a door, for example if you add or remove a magnetic contact that senses whether the door is open or closed. With Telcred, it is easy to do this in the same web portal where all other settings are managed.
Update firmware
One of the most important measures to ensure that a system is cyber-secure is to keep the hardware’s firmware up-to-date. Axis Communications takes cyber security very seriously and regularly releases new firmware versions that fix potential security vulnerabilities. New firmware versions usually also mean new functionality, bug fixes and better performance. You simply get a better product! For all these reasons, one should make sure that the hardware is always running the latest firmware version. With Telcred, updating firmware remotely is easy.
