Virtual systems
With a few button clicks, tenants and other groups can get their own virtual systems where they themselves can administer access rights for doors assigned to them, both private ones and those shared with others (typically entrances and garages).
Transfers
Before a transfer, it is registered in the system with information about when the transfer is to take place. A new virtual system is created for the new tenant who, at the time of transfer, takes over the doors from the previous tenant. After the transfer, the previous tenant’s system can be deleted and this way it is ensured all data and access rights from the old system are removed.
Cards and key fobs
Cards and key fobs are managed centrally and then allocated to tenants when they are physically handed over. You have full control over which cards and key fobs have been distributed, and to whom. The tenants get access to their cards and key fobs without having to “program” them. After a transfer, it is easy to revoke cards and key fobs and then allocate them to someone else.
Features

Monitor and react to events
React to system events by sending a notification or executing a command. For example, it can be useful to receive an email if a door goes offline or someone remotely opens a door at night.
