How do I request that my account for “Telcred Home” is deleted?

Send an email to account-deletion@telcred.com. Clearly state the email-address linked to the account.

What happens next?

We will check that an account exists for the specified email-address. If it does, we will send a mail to the account, requesting confirmation of the deletion request. If we get a reply, we will proceed with deletion of the account.

What data – if any – is retained after my account is deleted?

We will delete your account and any directly associated information, such as your username and email address. Event data that may be linked to your account is retained for 180 days.
